We are constantly reading about the most effective ways to treat anxiety disorders and will be continuing to do thorough research for each client's unique circumstances.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
We take each person's financial situation into account and alter the session fee depending on financial need.
How long does each therapy session take?
Each session is usually 1 hour long
Do you have sessions in-person or only virtually?
Right now, all therapy is virtual.
